By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your compliance with any relevant legal requirements. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use or access the North Bengal Guide website or its services. Furthermore, by booking a trip or using any service offered by North Bengal Guide, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our Tour Participation Agreement.
Details
To confirm your travel arrangements, you must provide all required information along with the remaining balance of the trip cost. This includes your full name (as stated on a valid ID), date of birth, nationality, and details of any pre-existing medical conditions that could impact your ability to complete the tour. It is your responsibility to determine whether the tour is appropriate for you. We strongly recommend consulting with your physician to ensure you are medically fit to travel and participate in any planned activities. Please note that your booking cannot be finalized until all requested details are provided.
Age Requirements
Anyone under the age of 18 at the start of the tour is considered a minor and must be accompanied by an adult. One adult may accompany a maximum of two minors. Unless otherwise specified in the tour description or by the Tour Operator, the minimum age for minors participating in any tour is 12 years. All bookings involving minors are subject to review and approval by the Tour Operator. Where applicable law requires consent from a parent, guardian, or other authorized person, it is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to obtain all necessary permissions and documentation. This includes ensuring that both the adult and minor(s) comply with all legal travel requirements, including entry and exit regulations. North Bengal Guide is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages resulting from a failure to secure the required consents, documents, or approvals.
Trip Pricing and Variability
Our trip prices are subject to change based on seasonal factors, demand, market trends, and availability—this is a standard practice in the travel industry. As a result, prices may fluctuate at any time, and different travelers may pay different rates for the same itinerary depending on when they make their arrangements. Prices displayed are reflective of current conditions and may increase or decrease without prior notice. Any promotional offers or discounts are limited-time and may not apply retroactively.
Cancellation by the Participant
You may cancel your booking by providing written notice to our team. The applicable cancellation fees will be determined based on the date we receive your cancellation request and will be calculated as a percentage of the total tour price.
Cancellation received 30 days or more before the start of the tour: A cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Cancellation received 20 to 30 days before the start of the tour: A higher cancellation fee will apply, and the balance will be refunded.
Cancellation received 15 to 20 days before the start of the tour: A significant portion of the total cost will be deducted as a cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
Cancellation received 7 to 15 days before the start of the tour: A substantial cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Cancellation received within 7 days of the tour start date: No refund will be provided as 100% of the booking will be charged as the cancellation fee.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting the respective cancellation fee. We recommend reviewing your travel plans carefully before confirming your booking.
